Rose of Jericho

The Rose of Jericho, also known as Chajarat Mariam, is a mysterious plant with numerous benefits. Native to desert regions of the Middle East. It is renowned for its ability to survive in extreme conditions thanks to a unique adaptation mechanism.

Chajarat mariam affects sexual function by increasing the production of estrogen in the blood. The increase in this hormonal activity actually acts on the reproductive systems. The increase in female sex hormones therefore helps promote ovulation.

There are several ways to incorporate Chajarat Mariam into your daily routine:

It is consumed as an infusion or decoction.
Ashiifah offers 2 infusion methods (hot and cold) and 1 decoction method.

We advise you to start by using small amounts of Jericho rose, to check that you can tolerate it. You can then slightly increase the dose.

Hot brew:
- Bring the quantity of a bowl of water to the boil.
- Leave to cool until the water is no longer hot (around 40°C).
- Put a few sprigs of Jericho rose and let it infuse.
- For non-diabetics, you can add honey.

Cold brew:
-Put the whole rose of Jericho in a bowl of cold water.
- Let the rose of Jericho open for several hours.
- After completely opening, remove the rose of Jericho and let it dry on absorbent paper for 2 to 3 weeks.
At this stage, you can enjoy it cold.
This method allows you to reuse the rose of Jericho.
However, please only reuse it once, after having kept it well dry.

Decoction:
- Put the rose of Jericho in cold water (the amount of a bowl).
- Heat the water and remove it from the heat as soon as it begins to simmer.
- Leave to rest for ten minutes
- Filter your decoction.
- For non-diabetics, you can sweeten your decoction at this step.
You can keep your decoction for a maximum of 2 days in the fridge, if you do not enjoy it directly.

Use for infertility:
To effectively combat infertility, we recommend drinking a cup in the morning on an empty stomach. And this, from the 3rd day of your menstrual cycle, until the last day: this for 1 to 3 cycles.

For men, you can start the treatment whenever you want.

The rose of Jericho is only reusable after cold use. Remember to store the Jericho rose in a clean, dry place, away from humidity.

Contraindications
To date, there are no known side effects for the rose of Jericho. However, please start your treatment with a small quantity of this medicinal plant, to check that you do not have an intolerance or allergy to it.
Although it is a natural plant, it is not recommended for children, pregnant and breastfeeding women.
