Herbal blend - Steam bath

Composition: Indian costus, verbena, cinnamon powder, fennel, fenugreek, ginger, coriander, rosemary, anise, cumin, senna, olive leaf, thyme, lavender, rose flower, chamomile.

Steam baths work just like inhalations.

Boil water, place the portable seat on the bowl, put a good tablespoon of ASHIIFAH herbal mixture, then pour the previously heated water into the seat.

The duration of the steam bath is approximately 15-20 minutes.

The steam must be able to reach the vaginal lips, but be careful not to burn yourself!
